Amazing location, helpful staff, quirky art, quiet room, great bed.

Nothing to fault.

Great location and walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shops, and historic neighborhoods. The breakfast was delicious with fresh orange juice, good coffee, eggs, cheese, and fruit. The staff was professional and helpful, and they even called a car for us to the airport. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its prime location and enjoyable stay.

The hotel facilities were great, with a comfortable room and even a balcony in the second room we booked. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the port with shops, bars, and restaurants all around us. We were also pleased with the close proximity to the train station and the easy access to public transportation. The staff, particularly Leah, were friendly and supportive, going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel also offered a great breakfast option, perfect for relaxing with a coffee or glass of wine after a long day of sightseeing.

This hotel is in an excellent location, right behind the Old Port. It's just a couple of hundred yards away, making it easy to explore Marseille's waterfront. The staff are very helpful and attentive, ensuring a great customer service experience. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, some even come with a balcony which was ideal for enjoying the city views. The breakfast is included and offers various options, including coffee from the self-service machine.

Everything was more than ok, no improvements needed.
